We’re working with a respected membership organisation at the heart of a fast‑moving, highly influential sector. With a strong voice, engaged members and an ambitious policy agenda, this organisation plays a key role in shaping external thinking and creating the right environment for its members to thrive.

They are now seeking a Policy Analyst to join them on a 12‑month fixed term basis. This is a role for someone who thrives in a busy, varied environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities. You’ll work closely with senior policy leads on a broad portfolio of policy projects, contributing insight, analysis and well‑crafted written outputs that help shape debate and influence decision‑makers.

The role

You’ll support the development and delivery of policy across a number of priority areas, including drafting consultation responses and briefings, carrying out research and analysis, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting committees and working groups. It’s a hands‑on role that offers real exposure and the chance to see your work make an impact.

About you

You’ll bring experience from a policy role within a membership body or financial services organisation, and be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced setting where priorities can shift. You’ll have strong written communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll be curious, proactive and motivated by contributing to work that matters.
