Membership Bespoke is delighted to be supporting a leading professional membership body to recruit a Membership Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative membership team, delivering an excellent service to members while supporting the day-to-day administration of a respected professional organisation.
The Role
As the first point of contact for members, you will provide outstanding customer service while supporting a wide range of membership activities in a busy, varied role. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to member enquiries by email and telephone.
- Processing membership applications and renewals.
- Supporting professional development and CPD administration.
- Maintaining accurate membership records using the CRM system.
- Working closely with finance, marketing and other internal teams.
- Supporting member engagement initiatives and improving membership processes.
The Candidate
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual with:
- Experience working within a membership body, professional association or similar organisation.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-first approach and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience using CRM systems (iMIS desirable) and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
