Role Overview: A detail-oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners.
- Manage post-exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results.
- Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals.
- Assist in organising professional development events.
- Prepare reports on exam processes and results.
- Continuously improve internal processes and services.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs including English and Maths
- Relevant business or IT qualification preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/LMS systems.
