My client, a charity, is looking for a temporary Data Manager with expertise in the Access Charity CRM.
Main Responsibilities
- Streamline CRM profiles, renaming fields and removing unnecessary ones ("perfect CRM template" guide available).
- Launch new online registration form which records data into the CRM (ideally directly, or via simple upload process).
- Streamline data transfer and update processes between the website, Mailchimp and Access CRM and explain to the team how these work.
- Create new mailing lists, linked in Access CRM and Mailchimp.
- Review and update contact preference opt-in points across the charity and train staff on how these are collected and updated.
- Create reports that the team can run when needed.
- Cleanse and dedupe current data.
- Train the team so they are confident in the systems and processes you have reviewed and implemented.
- Use the dashboard functionality in the CRM to visualise important data for the team.
