Our client, a highly respected and reputable recognised membership organisation within the construction and roofing sector, is currently seeking a Compliance Manager to lead quality assurance and compliance for their Competent Person Scheme. The Role
- Lead and develop a team of inspectors, ensuring high-quality auditing and performance standards.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure robust audit and compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain technical compliance policies aligned with ISO/IEC 17065:2012.
- Provide guidance to contractors on industry standards and regulatory updates.
- Represent the organisation at forums, events, and committee meetings.
- Conduct risk assessments, surveillance inspections, and drive standardisation across audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and manage performance of inspectors through effective leadership.
- Create and implement compliance policies and training programmes.
- Conduct technical assessments in roofing and cladding disciplines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to uphold industry standards.

Person Specification

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and support a team.
