Policy Officer - Social Care in City of London

Researcher – Membership Organisation Location: Central London (Hybrid) Full time, hybrid (3 days office, 2 from home) This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who enjoys rigorous research, clear writing and work that shapes policy, insight and industry understanding. Monitor political, regulatory and economic developments, producing clear, evidence‑based briefings and consultation responses. Design, manage and analyse member surveys, including quarterly reporting. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and project‑manage external research partners. Draft reports, white papers, thought‑leadership content and accessible narratives for business audiences. Produce market insight summaries for international programmes and capture outcomes from overseas engagement. Build strong relationships with members and stakeholders, maintaining accurate CRM records of policy engagement. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, authoritative content. Highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
