Our client, a leading professional membership organisation, is looking for an ambitious Membership Growth & Events Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding its membership community, increasing commercial income and delivering outstanding member engagement.
Working with organisations across a diverse professional sector, you'll identify new membership opportunities, nurture existing relationships and help deliver a programme of high-quality events that strengthen engagement and support commercial growth.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll proactively identify prospective members, build a healthy sales pipeline, promote the value of membership and support initiatives that drive both membership growth and commercial revenue. Alongside this, you'll help deliver a varied programme of events that encourage networking, knowledge sharing and member engagement.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members using CRM, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Identify opportunities to increase member participation across events, committees and networking activities.
- Support the development of sponsorship, partnership and commercial opportunities.
- Assist with generating revenue through events and commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate conferences, networking events, webinars and member forums.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce reports on membership activity and pipeline performance.
Experience in membership growth, business development, account management, sponsorship, partnerships or stakeholder engagement.
