A highly regarded professional chambers is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and presentation of two listed buildings. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high standards across a varied workload.
- Day-to-day building maintenance (fabric, fixtures, fittings)
- Painting, decorating, and general upkeep of shared spaces
- Routine building checks and support with H&S compliance
- Liaison with contractors and supervised access to restricted areas
- Assistance with room setups, internal moves, and small projects
Salary: £39,000–£44,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus
Contract: 12-month FTC or immediate-start temporary option available
