An established and highly regarded national membership organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Membership to join its senior management team.
This organisation has a strong brand, an active and engaged membership base, and a growing national and international profile. With ambitious plans for future growth, it is now looking to appoint a commercially minded and service-driven operations professional to play a pivotal role in its continued success.
The Operations Manager - Membership will be responsible for ensuring members receive consistently high-quality service, while also helping to expand the reach and value of the organisation’s membership products, publications and advertising portfolio. The role has oversight of key operational functions, including sales, examinations, finance and IT, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day delivery.
