Membership Bespoke is delighted to be supporting a respected professional membership organisation in the search for a Business Support Administrator. This is a highly flexible, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, with flexibility around how those hours are worked. Whether you're looking for school-hours working, four hours a day across the week, or three longer days, the organisation is open to discussing a pattern that works for the right candidate.
Working remotely, with occasional attendance at meetings in London, you'll play a central role in supporting a small, busy team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality administrative support across the organisation
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating virtual and in-person events
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading reports, presentations and other documentation
- Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions through to completion
- Maintaining records, databases and filing systems
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Supporting onboarding processes and monitoring holiday and absence records
- Processing expenses and assisting with finance administration
- Managing and monitoring supplier and service contracts
- Acting as a key point of contact for members, stakeholders and external partners
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive support or project coordination role
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Experience managing complex diaries and coordinating multiple stakeholders would be advantageous
