MEM Recruitment currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager manager for our client based in Northampton. We are looking for a reliable hard working trustworthy member of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse team, in a hands-on manner
Ensuring that the daily pick operation is completed to meet despatch deadlines.
Follow operating procedures which are compliant with UK legislation, clear and easily understood.
Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members to ensure strong performance and team engagement.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Β£13.78
Experience:
Warehouse Admin experience: 1 year (preferred)
You will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and a proven track record of monitoring, measuring, and contributing to operational KPIs.
