Vehicle Warranty Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Warranty & Vehicle Aftersales Repair Coordinator to join our clients dynamic operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing warranty-related vehicle bookings, repair updates, and customer communication — helping deliver a smooth, hassle-free experience post-sale. You'll play a key part in liaising between customers, driver teams, and repair partners while keeping our internal systems up to date. Key Responsibilities: Warranty Coordination Manage warranty collections including: Verifying customer eligibility and reported faults Scheduling with customers and driver teams Updating systems (Evo, workshop spreadsheet, Zendesk) Creating and sending job cards Oversee warranty returns including: Physically inspecting vehicles post-repair Coordinating return dates Compiling repair reports and updating internal trackers Repair Updates Gathering updates from workshops Calling customers with progress reports VAR (Vehicle At Risk Requests) Support Engage with partners, and coordinate with Logistics Daily Updates including: Chasing workshops for progress updates Communicating with customers Maintaining trackers and Zendesk records Attend and contribute to the daily VAR meeting Customer Support & Phone Line Provide phone support for inbound RO queries (~7–10 calls/day) Handle transfer requests , with call durations ranging from 10 to 30 minutes To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you: Positive and professional attitude at all times Proven administration skills and ability to meet specific deadlines and prioritize them effectively Good communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Customer service skills, good telephone manner Shift Patterns: 4on4off shift 06:00am - 06:00pm Salary: £13.69 per hour TPBN1_UKTJ
