We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a growing and friendly team in Towcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has great attention to detail and wants to be part of a supportive company with long-term opportunities.

The role involves working with a variety of production and assembly processes including fine soldering, crimping, wiring, testing and quality inspection. You will be working with technical drawings, hand tools and specialist equipment as part of a busy production environment.

Key duties include:

  • Fine soldering and crimping work
  • Testing and quality checking products
  • Packing, labelling and stock control
  • Reading technical drawings and work instructions
  • Using hand tools and production equipment
  • Recording serial numbers and production data
  • Applying coatings and heat shrink
  • General production and assembly tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Fine soldering experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Someone reliable, motivated and hands-on

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm / on Friday from 8 am - 1 pm
