Due to sustained growth and increased product demand, we are looking to recruit team players with a positive can-do attitude. Practical, hands-on, good communication skills, a willingness to work flexibly and attention to good housekeeping. Manufacturing background desirable but not essential.

Duties Include: (full training will be given):
- Working in a fast-paced manual environment, the role is to tack and weld metal components as per drawing, in accordance with Company standards.
- Use of measuring equipment for checking quality of parts before and after process.
- Limited use of air and electric hand tools.
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
- PPE supplied; air-fed weld helmet, safety glasses, ear protection, overalls, gloves, safety boots (and visors where relevant).
Job Requirements:
- Needs to be able to weld to AWSD1.1 / AWSD15.1 standard.
- Ability to read drawings - Work to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexibly - good communication skills.
- Practical, hands-on person - Manufacturing background desirable but not essential.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 - 14:00 - £16.25 AM
- 14:00 - 22:00 - £17.25 PM
- 22:00 - 06:00 - £18.25 NIGHTS
