MEM Northampton is recruiting for an Administrator to join our team(s) based in Corby,
Duties will include but not be limited to:
To manage and process selected vehicles for purchasing. Responsible for the selection of vehicles and the entire process that ensues. The tracking, distributing, delivering and managing rejections. This is a vital task that is the foundation of the business requirements.
Data entry input into company inventory management system
Carry out customer authorisations, releasing vehicles into operations for rectification work to commence
Ensure that customer SLAs are met or exceeded
Processing of any incoming customer claims, ensuring all queries are followed up and resolved within SLA
Be available to support other areas within the Admin Team
Providing administrative support to the other departments
Undertake ad-hoc task as necessary to meet the business needs and for you own personal development

Positive and professional attitude at all times
Proven administration skills and ability to meet specific deadlines and prioritize effectively
Good knowledge of company systems (Fusion/ACS/Vision/Mstore)
Good communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
Team player, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office- including Excel (vlook up formulas, etc)
Shift Patterns:
4on4off – 12 hrs shift a day
6:00am to 6:00pm
Salary:
£12.21 Per Hour
