MEM Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting for a Weekend Pitch Coordinator for our client based in Derby. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Book in new stock straight from a transporter
- Quality control and inspect stock before pitching the car
- All cars to be pitched in correct area/lines
- All cars to have price board in them in the correct place (standards slide)
- All lines to be straight and always presented correctly
- Remove sold stock from pitch and replenish/backfill with current/new stock
- Move sold stock to the handover bays every day
- Photograph freshly prepared stock to advertise online
- Provide valet with the list of sold cars and provide them with cinch shield kits to apply to the car
- Maintain pitch cleanliness standards (Rubbish & weeds)
- Report any damage, flat tyres & missing items to the service manager
- Liaise with service manager on freshly prepared stock and stock to go into preparation daily
