Meltwater in London is seeking a Sr People Business Partner to lead regional people strategy for the UK, Nordics and Benelux, partnering with sales leaders to align HR delivery with business growth.

You will manage employee relations, performance, compensation cycles, and deploy talent programs, while ensuring compliance with UK, Nordic and Benelux laws.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly.
