As a Renewals Manager, your primary objective will be to drive on-time renewal revenue for extended periods, ensuring the seamless continuation of our partnerships with clients. Collaborating closely with our extended customer success and account teams, you'll work to maximize the value provided to customers.
This entails building strong relationships and leveraging Meltwater's resources, including contract best practices, support services, new release information, and events, all aimed at ensuring customer success with the Meltwater software.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead initiatives to drive on-time renewal revenue, collaborating with account teams to maximize customer value
- Proactively build relationships with customers and ensure they’re aware of and using Meltwater’s resources effectively
- Manage the transactional side of renewals, including processing transactions and overseeing contract execution
- Identify upcoming renewals and maintain accurate account data in the CRM
- Develop quotes and handle the administrative work involved in executing renewal contracts
- Identify, negotiate, and secure upgrades on legacy agreements to align with current pricing
- Communicate renewal options clearly to customers and flag completed or at-risk renewals to internal stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in renewals or customer success, ideally in software or SaaS
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail
- Customer-centric approach, comfortable engaging directly with customers and addressing their concerns
- Proactive in flagging upcoming renewals and potential issues before they escalate
- Clear communicator, able to explain renewal options and collaborate effectively with Account Managers
- Comfortable handling customer pushback with professionalism and tact
- Proficient with CRM systems, keeping records accurate and current
- Able to work hybrid, 3 days a week in the office
