AI is changing how organisations understand their reputation, markets and customers. Meltwater helps some of the world’s largest organisations make sense of that change, combining one of the industry’s most comprehensive datasets with AI-powered technology and expert support.

We are growing our UK Enterprise team and are looking for a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Executive to win new business with some of the UK’s largest and most influential organisations. This is a strategic net-new-logo role. You will own a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts across industries, create and progress opportunities, engage senior stakeholders and lead complex sales cycles through to close.

You will help customers understand the conversations, risks and market forces shaping their business, from media and social intelligence to AI-powered reputation analysis and visibility across emerging generative-search experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Own new-business growth across a defined portfolio of large UK enterprise accounts.
  • Build and execute strategic account and territory plans, with clear pipeline, revenue and forecast accountability.
  • Create your own pipeline through intelligent prospecting, account research, executive outreach, events and partner relationships, alongside support from ECS, Marketing and the wider Meltwater team.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from discovery and qualification through commercial negotiation, procurement, legal and close.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Communications, Marketing, Insights, Digital, Risk, Corporate Affairs, Procurement and the C-suite.
  • Position Meltwater’s media intelligence, social listening and AI capabilities against meaningful business priorities, not simply a product feature list.
  • Demonstrate how solutions including Mira and GenAI Lens can help organisations understand reputation, market movement, risk and how their brands appear across AI-powered search and discovery.
  • Coordinate ECS, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, RFP, Customer Success and leadership resources around a joined-up account strategy.
  • Lead formal RFPs and tenders where appropriate, while creating opportunities early enough to shape the buying agenda.
  • Maintain disciplined qualification, mutual action plans, opportunity data and forecasting.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience selling B2B SaaS, data or technology solutions, including substantial enterprise new-business experience.
  • A track record of winning complex, high-value enterprise deals and delivering against quota.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently, not solely convert inbound demand.
  • Experience navigating complex buying groups and commercial processes involving procurement, legal, security and senior executive approval.
  • Confidence leading value-based conversations with senior and C-suite stakeholders about AI, reputation, intelligence, risk and business change.
  • Strong account-planning, multi-threading, qualification and forecasting discipline.
  • A collaborative approach: you know how to mobilise specialist internal teams while retaining clear ownership of the deal.
  • Curiosity, resilience and high personal accountability.
  • Fluent English and the right to work in the UK.

Why Meltwater

This is an opportunity to sell a differentiated intelligence platform into a market changing rapidly. Organisations increasingly need a clearer view of their reputation, stakeholders, competitors and customers - and a practical way to understand their visibility in the AI era. You will have the scope to shape your territory, influence strategic opportunities and work with ambitious enterprise colleagues to help major organisations make better decisions.
