Description
What We\’re Looking For:
We are seeking a results-driven ABM & Enterprise Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of account-based marketing programs targeting our EMEA enterprise, big-bet and global accounts. You will partner closely with sales, regional field marketing, customer success, other global enterprise marketers, and product marketing to drive pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and expand revenue within strategic accounts.
This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, campaign creativity, and operational excellence. A key component of success in this role is close collaboration with in-country field marketing teams across EMEA-especially in executing events, webinars, email campaigns, and targeted paid social campaigns – and ensuring cohesive, timely customer communications. You\’ll also need to be comfortable working with senior executives, often under pressure, with the ability to clearly communicate and defend your ideas in high-stakes environments.
What You\’ll Do:
- EMEA ABM Strategy & Ownership: Design and execute full-funnel, account-plan aligned marketing strategies for big-bet accounts across EMEA, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches
- Global ABM Alignment: Work closely with other ABM leads in APAC/AMER to coordinate efforts targeting global accounts
- Campaign Development: Lead the end-to-end development of integrated campaigns leveraging digital, email, content, field events, direct mail, and paid media channels – with some fully owned execution for digital/virtual channels.
- Field Marketing Partnership: Collaborate closely with in-country field marketers across EMEA to activate and execute campaigns – ensuring alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and customer-facing comms.
- Pipeline Accountability: Own and report on marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue targets. Partner with Sales to align on KPIs, SLAs, and account-level strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with EMEA account executives to fully understand account plans and play a crucial role in enterprise pod structures.
- Insights & Optimization: Leverage data (intent signals, firmographics, platform analytics) to identify high-impact opportunities, continuously refine campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- Content Personalization: Work with product and content marketing to develop executive-ready messaging, landing pages, and sales enablement tools tailored for account personas.
- Executive-Level Influence: Work with the field marketing director to present campaign strategies and performance insights to senior leadership and collaborate with executives across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions.
What You\’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in an ABM or campaign-focused role, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Proven experience planning and executing ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact.
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market and enterprise buying processes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with in-country field marketing teams on regionally relevant events and customer communications.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills-you know how to turn complex products into crisp, compelling narratives that drive engagement, with the ability to verbally communicate and sell through your ideas to executives.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders under pressure, with a high level of composure, clarity, and confidence.
- Strong collaboration, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing to C-suite and VP-level personas within Global 100 organizations.
- Familiarity with regional nuances across key EMEA markets (e.g., UK, DACH, France, Middle East, BeNeLux)
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Enjoy flexible paid time off options for enhanced work-life balance
- Secure your future with a Creative Pension
- Take advantage of our cycle-to-work scheme promoting eco-friendly commuting options
- Elevate your health and wellness through Simply Health, an integral part of our benefits package offering diverse options for a holistic well-being journey
