We’re looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join us on a minimum 12‑month fixed‑term contract, providing maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our Finance function and make a meaningful impact from day one.
About the position
This role is responsible for leading the Finance team, ownership of technical accounting areas, statutory reporting and managing the year-end audit process. The role will also involve assisting the CFO with financial forecasting for the Group. This is against a backdrop of sound finance operational resilience and a robust control environment.

Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience of financial services working either within a finance department or practice
- Proven track record of interpreting accounting standards and being able to apply them in a practical environment
- Previous experience of leading teams
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance within financial services.
- Strong understanding of risk management and proven ability to work in a regulatory environment.
