We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Customer Services team as a Customer Liaison Officer. This role reports directly to the Strategic Lead for Connecting Communities and will be part of our Housing and Communities directorate.

The successful candidate will want to be driven and motivated with an eye for detail. You will be a team player but confident to work independently and have a flexible attitude to working under pressure. We are looking for an individual with a positive outlook and a desire to deliver a quality service to the community we serve.

A thorough working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is key and you will have an excellent working knowledge of Excel and databases and be able to produce detailed reports as well as maintain and update electronic information systems in accordance with data protection regulations. A working knowledge and understanding of all council related matters would be advantageous.

This opportunity would be ideal for an individual who has the ability to engage and liaise with stakeholders, arrange meetings and develop ideas that can add value to the wider team.
