This is an opportunity to join the Housing Assets Team as the Compliance Assistant, staying true to our mission of Helping People, Shaping Places. With our C2 grading from the Regulator of Social Housing in August 2024 following a proactive inspection, we have confidence in our journey so far and in the plans we have to enter the next chapter for housing at Melton Borough Council.
As part of our Housing Asset Team, the role will directly support the Building Safety and Asset Compliance Lead. You will support the Building Safety and Asset Compliance Lead in delivery, review and continuous improvement of the Council’s compliance management plans and associated delivery arrangements, projects and programmes of work.
