Misión del puesto

Liderar la estrategia comercial en España y la región mediterránea, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio, consolidando las relaciones con clientes estratégicos y distribuidores, e identificando nuevas oportunidades de mercado. Se trata de una posición de carácter estratégico, con un elevado componente internacional y un papel clave en el desarrollo de la compañía.

Funciones

  • Definir e implementar la estrategia comercial de la región, alineada con los objetivos de la compañía.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes estratégicos.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y promover la expansión comercial.
  • Liderar negociaciones con clientes clave y distribuidores.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer la red de distribución en la región.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos de Operaciones, Producción y Atención al Cliente para garantizar un elevado nivel de servicio.
  • Analizar la evolución del mercado, la competencia y las tendencias del sector para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Elaborar previsiones de ventas, presupuestos y planes de acción comercial.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los resultados comerciales y presentar informes periódicos a la dirección.
  • Representar a la compañía en reuniones con clientes, ferias y eventos del sector, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Requisitos

  • Titulación universitaria, preferiblemente en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Ingeniería, Comercio Internacional o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 8-10 años en posiciones comerciales dentro de entornos industriales.
  • Experiencia demostrable en el desarrollo de negocio en la región asignada.
  • Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en el sector de plásticos.
  • Nivel alto de inglés, imprescindible para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.
  • Experiencia previa en compañías multinacionales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente un 50% del tiempo.
