Melrose Wellbeing specialises in delivering CBT within a workplace setting, allowing us to reach those who may otherwise never receive mental health support, while helping organisations to meet their wellbeing goals and reduce the stigma still surrounding mental health. We are embarking on an ambitious and exciting growth plan and we are hiring for a range of roles to support this.
Taking charge of your own client businesses, you will work independently to deliver on-site CBT sessions to staff, while working in partnership with our office team to track progress and deliver wider support materials such as workshops, guides and email content. This is an exciting and enjoyable role which offers the right therapist the chance to contribute to wellbeing across their client organisations, making lasting and meaningful change to a wide range of individuals both within and outside of CBT sessions.
Responsibilities- Delivery of weekly private CBT sessions face to face on client premises.
- Maintenance of accurate and up to date case records to enable monitoring, analysis and reporting.
- Creation and delivery of additional content to support and promote your in-house work, including workshops, emails and guides, with the support of our marketing team.
- Participation in meetings with client HR contacts and others to discuss the service, influencing organisational policies and approaches to wellbeing.
- Participation in weekly group supervision and debriefing sessions, as well as planning sessions to support your Wider Service role.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A fully qualified and accredited cognitive behavioural therapist
- Comfortable delivering group sessions and workshops
- Passionate about improving wellbeing within this setting and interested in the wider impact we can have by working in this way
- Confident working independently
- Able to communicate effectively within a corporate setting
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others, learning and supporting.
