Are you an experienced Health Care assistant with fantastic clinical skills looking for your next role? We are looking for new people to join our team in Melrose supporting one individual. It would be a 2-2-1 care package supporting a 29 year old male. The individual is blind and partially deaf along with having epilepsy. He is immobile so requires the use of a hoist and moving and handling to be able to assist him with movement. He also requires PEG feeding and personal care. Clinical skills are essential for this role however training will be provided for specific skills. The care will be provided within purpose built accommodation for the service user.

Previous experience working in a clinical environment or supporting people who require PEG feeding or epilepsy.

A minimum of one year experience within care within the UK

You are compassionate and caring towards others with a desire to help people

You must have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team liaising with wider teams to ensure the best level of care is provided
