Help Build Careers—One Brick at a Time! Following a successful funding bid, Melrose School is launching a brand-new, purpose-built Construction Centre! We are looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Teaching Assistant to help our students turn their potential into professional trades.

The role: Working at our specialised site in Mitcham, you will support the Construction Teacher in delivering BTEC Level 1 courses to Key Stage 4 students. This is a hands-on role where you will demonstrate trade skills, supervise tool use, and mentor students who have experienced barriers to learning in mainstream education.
