What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain Roblox games using Lua scripting and Roblox Studio
- Implement new gameplay mechanics, features, and content updates based on trending formats
- Collaborate with designers and artists to optimize user experience and performance
- Use Roblox analytics and internal tools to track game performance and player engagement
- Research and experiment with new Roblox features, APIs, and development tools
- Monitor the Roblox platform for emerging trends, successful game formats, and community preferences
- Build and maintain game economies, monetization systems, and user progression mechanics
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement performance optimizations across multiple experiences
Who You Are
- Strong proficiency in Lua programming and extensive experience with Roblox Studio
- Deep understanding of Roblox platform trends, popular game genres, and emerging content formats
