What you will do
Your mission as Performance Marketing Intern is to get us in front of every person on the planet through scalable performance marketing across all major platforms. You tackle the critical questions: How can our ads dominate TikTok or Snapchat, convert amazingly on Instagram or Facebook, and arbitrage keywords at scale on Google and YouTube? Which formats and targeting maximizes not just clicks, but revenue? And how can we launch new campaigns in minutes instead of days with the help of AI? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company\βs success. On a typical day, your tasks may include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive brand, targeting and content strategy optimized for paid marketing
- Setting up and managing thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Building and scaling creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with the help of AI
- Optimizing campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion and revenue
- Staying ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in our creatives rather than follow it
- Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration
- Managing partners in a scalable yet productive manner
- Collaborating with our engineering team to optimize processes, systems and outputs
Who you are
You\βre a performance marketing enthusiast with experience in paid ads. Your expertise lies in managing campaigns while maintaining creativity and artistic attention to detail. Typically, your profile will look like this:
- Pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in creative industry or entertainment marketing
- Proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads
- Proven track record managing campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisions
- Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments focused on cultural impact
- You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

- Case interview: 90-minute case discussion β present and debate your results with a team member
- Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO β going deep on all topics
- Team interview: Individual or group interview with other team members β depending on position
- Offer, contract signing and onboarding
