What You Will Do
As one of our Music Creatives, you\βll be the architect behind the sound that defines our product. You\βll tackle the big questions of modern song production: What makes a track so good you cannot skip it? How do you craft melodies that listeners wonβt forget? And what sonic aspects define the up-and-coming genres of today? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company\βs success. On a typical day, your tasks may include:
- Owning the complete production pipeline from initial concept to final mix
- Producing original songs across genres, finetuning AI models and tools
- Evaluating AI model outputs and providing quality feedback in a structured manner
- Managing and guiding external producers creatively and technically
- Researching emerging audio trends and integrating new production techniques
- Collaborating with our team of experienced creatives and engineers

Your portfolio spans multiple genres, with a proven ability to create tracks that resonate with audiences and gain plays across streaming and social platforms. You thrive as an independent creative force, who can self-manage and is a structured professional. Typically, your profile will look like this:
- Expert-level proficiency in DAWs, mixing, mastering, and sound design
- Proven track record of high-quality productions with demonstrable success
- Versatile ability to execute on creative input across multiple genres
- Ability to rapidly and independently adapt to new musical styles and challenges

What The Process Will Look Like
We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP.
Once You Begin Our Process, You Can Progress From Start To Offer Within a Week, Depending On How Quickly You Can Move Through Each Stage

- Initial portfolio review: We evaluate your submitted materials and experience β getting to know your work
- Test production: Complete a practical creative project β demonstrate your skills with a real-world music production task
- Portfolio discussion: In-depth conversation about your work and experience with our head of production, Chris β present and discuss your creative process
- Offer, Contract signing and Onboarding
IMPORTANT: To be considered for this role, you must include work samples of music you have produced. Please submit links to your work via Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, SoundCloud, or similar platforms β we cannot accept direct file uploads to Personio.
