What You Will Do

Your mission as Head of Performance Marketing is to get us in front of every person on the planet through scalable performance marketing across all major platforms. You tackle the critical questions: How can our ads dominate TikTok or Snapchat, convert on Instagram or Facebook, and arbitrage keywords at scale on Google and YouTube? Which formats and targeting maximise not just clicks, but revenue? And how can we launch new campaigns in minutes instead of days with the help of AI? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder and the team, your answers to these questions will directly influence our company's success.

On a typical day, your tasks may include:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive brand, targeting and content strategy optimised for paid marketing
  • Setting up and managing thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
  • Building and scaling creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with the help of AI
  • Optimising campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximise reach, conversion and revenue
  • Staying ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in our creatives rather than follow it
  • Building comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration
  • Managing partners in a scalable yet productive manner
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to optimise processes, systems and outputs

Who You Are

  • Expert-level proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads
  • Proven track record managing 100+ simultaneous campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimisation decisions
  • Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments focused on cultural impact
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
  • Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent
