This is a full-time, on-site position located in Musselburgh for a Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will oversee the daily scheduling and allocation of care services, ensure compliance with care plans, and maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care staff. Responsibilities include managing case records, coordinating care delivery, and resolving any issues related to client care. The role also involves providing support to clients and ensuring high-quality customer service is upheld.
Qualifications:
