Melody Care is a highly regarded, award-winning home care provider with a well-established reputation across Hampshire and Surrey. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team, helping vulnerable adults to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We operate out of branches in Aldershot, Alton, and Camberley. You will be placed at the branch most local to you, with your work covering the surrounding community. Guaranteed-hours contracts are available at 10, 16, 25, and 35 hours per week. Available patterns: 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm. You will need to be available for at least one weekday evening per week and some hours alternate weekends.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Working across Hampshire and Surrey, you will provide personalised care and build meaningful relationships with your clients, their families, and the wider Melody Care team.
  • Your duties will include helping clients with:
    • Medication prompting and administration
    • Personal care and daily hygiene routines
    • Preparing nutritious meals
    • Shopping and household errands
    • Booking and attending appointments
    • Conversation and companionship
    • Basic household tidying
