We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of catering operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for food production, baking is a must for this role, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Duties
- Plan, organise, and oversee catering events, ensuring all client requirements are met to a high standard.
- Supervise kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Manage food production schedules, inventory control, and procurement of supplies.
