The Role: We are looking for a caring and reliable Community Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Barnsley. This is a hands-on role providing practical support and companionship, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks as required (e.g., meal preparation, light domestic support, companionship).
  • Provide support with personal care if needed, following care plans and guidance.
