£13.05 per hour days
£13.55 per hour nights
Day or night shifts available

Mellors Care are recruiting for Care Assistants to join a well established, family run care village in Barmby Moor, as they prepare to open an exciting new service within the village.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive care environment where there is a genuine focus on providing personalised, compassionate care and creating a real sense of community for the people who live there.
Both day and night positions are available, and the employer is happy to be flexible around contracted hours depending on the preference of the successful candidates.
The role will include:
Supporting residents with their day to day care needs
Providing personal care while maintaining dignity, choice and independence
Supporting with mobility, nutrition and hydration
Building positive relationships with residents and getting to know their individual preferences
Supporting residents to remain as independent as possible
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes
Completing appropriate care documentation
Working closely with colleagues to provide consistently high standards of care
We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and genuinely passionate about providing good care.
Previous experience within a care setting would be beneficial, although attitude and values are equally important.
Pay:
Day Care Assistant: £13.05 per hour
Night Care Assistant: £13.55 per hour
There is flexibility around the number of contracted hours available, so this could suit candidates looking for different working patterns.
