The Club Secretary / Financial Controller is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions and administration of the Golf Club. Key tasks include:
- Bookkeeping and Financial control through the accountancy system
- Recording and paying invoices
- Supporting payroll
- Recording of income and expenditure
- Assisting with AGM’s and SGM’s
- Overseeing house and maintenance
- Health and Safety support
- Accounts / Bookkeeping / Financial control
- Organisational capability
- Proficient in use of IT (office-based applications)
- Professional Communication
- Hands-on dynamic individual with high degree of flexibility
Experience in the golf industry would be beneficial but not essential.
