Duties
Maintain and manage all aspects of the clients\' financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Reconcile clients\' bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Processing monthly payroll for clients.
Prepare and submit clients\' VAT returns.
Preparing self assessment tax returns
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, and CCH accounting software.
Strong understanding of VAT, payroll, and self-assessment processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to reconcile bank statements and manage financial records accurately.
Good communication skills for dealing confidently with clients.
