Our client is seeking a dedicated Corporate Tax Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Watford, Hertfordshire. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in preparation of tax returns, corporate tax compliance, and portfolio management within an OMB (Other Managed Businesses) setting . The successful candidate will be responsible for taking overall responsibility for the compliance work of various client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns, and providing sound technical advice on corporate tax matters. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage tax obligations effectively, maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism.
