Our client is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Outsourcing Accountant to join their team based in London. This role involves managing the outsourcing of management accounting functions for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing outsourced management accounts, liaising with clients and external service providers, and maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in management accounts, with a strong understanding of outsourcing processes.
- Solid experience in an outsourced finance, practice or in-house management accounting environment, with proven ownership of a client or business unit portfolio.
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or qualified by experience with a strong technical track record.
- Demonstrable experience reviewing the work of more junior team members and providing developmental feedback.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to liaise with clients and external providers effectively.
- Ability to analyse financial data and provide insightful management reports.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is desirable.
