Melksham Gardens is opening a brand-new 80-bed care home in Melksham, Wiltshire. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager, shape routines and standards, and lead a growing team from day one.
You’ll manage rota planning, recruitment, onboarding and training, while keeping a sharp eye on occupancy, care quality and costs. The role requires adaptability and strong leadership during mobilisation and opening phases.
