Reporting to the European Manufacturing Director, this role oversees a 24/7 facility poised for substantial growth. You will play a pivotal role in meeting performance targets across Safety, HR, Quality, Production, Engineering, and Cost Control. Lead plant operations to meet KPIs, including output, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Champion a robust safety culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and striving for continuous improvement Oversee budget preparation, resource allocation, and cost management Motivate and mentor a skilled Plant Management team, fostering communication across departments and establishing a culture of trust and collaboration Develop and execute strategic plans to drive plant performance and operational excellence Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering ~5+ years of experience in a Plant or Production Manager role, ideally within the metal packaging, automotive, or FMCG sectors ~
