Melissa Odabash is a globally recognised luxury swim and resortwear brand, synonymous with timeless design, exceptional quality, and effortless glamour. With a strong digital presence and an international customer base, we are seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Executive to join our London-based team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and digital innovation. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Melissa Odabash website while helping drive customer engagement and digital growth. This role is dynamic and creative, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects across e-commerce, content, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily management and maintenance of the Melissa Odabash website across multiple regions.
- Coordinate and manage customer service and loyalty development and experience.
- Upload and merchandise products, ensuring all content, imagery, and pricing is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Curate collections and homepage features to reflect key commercial and creative priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and new season launches.
- Assist with Klaviyo email marketing, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Create on-brand visual assets for site and email using Canva.
- Produce regular reports on site performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Liaise with tech partners to troubleshoot and enhance user experience.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva is essential.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital marketing principles.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and visual presentation skills.
- Confident communicator and self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for fashion, branding, and delivering a best-in-class digital experience.
- Proficient in Excel
