With a strong international presence, A-list following and engaged online community, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & PR Assistant to join our London team and support the growth of the brand’s digital and press activity.
The RoleThis role is ideal for someone creative, organised and passionate about luxury fashion, social media and brand storytelling. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will support day-to-day digital marketing and PR activity, contributing to social content, press outreach, influencer partnerships and brand initiatives.
You will play a key supporting role in content creation, sample coordination, digital partnerships and campaign activity, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop in the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Social Media
- Support with planning and scheduling content across TikTok and Instagram in line with the brand and PR calendar.
- Assist with the creation of content (video, imagery & copy), ensuring it reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Use AI tools to support content ideas, development and caption writing.
- Monitor social performance and engagement, sharing key learnings with the team.
PR, Influencers & Sample Management
- Support the PR Manager with day-to-day press activity, including outreach, product placement and media requests.
- Manage the end-to-end sample process, including tracking, organising, packing, shipping and returns across press, influencer and stylist pulls.
- Coordinate influencer and VIP gifting, tracking send-outs, content and brand alignment.
- Maintain and update media, influencer and stylist contact lists and gifting trackers.
- Assist with PR events, press days, showroom appointments and seasonal activations.
Affiliate & Digital Brand Marketing
- Assist with the affiliate and partnerships programme by tracking performance and supporting optimisation.
- Support the coordination of digital brand campaigns, collaborations and partnership activity.
- Help ensure brand storytelling remains consistent across social, PR and digital touch points.
Reporting & Insights
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting across social, PR, influencer and affiliate activity.
- Conduct research on competitor activity, social trends and influencer landscape to support brand strategy.
- Ideally 12–18 months experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media or PR within fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle.
- Confident using TikTok & Instagram, with an understanding of trends and video-led content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content inspiration and copy refinement.
- Experience or interest in PR, influencer/celebrity gifting and sample processes.
- Strong visual sense for luxury aesthetics and brand tone of voice.
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive, with excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Comfortable reviewing data and insights to help inform content and PR activity.
