Melior Community Academy in Scunthorpe is inviting applications for a Student Welfare Officer and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, to join in September 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis. You will help tackle underachievement by partnering with families, carers, and external agencies, ensuring students can access educational opportunities and overcome barriers to learning. You will work with families in a non-judgemental way to empower them to get the most from available educational.
