We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Tier 1 Main Contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £850 million and a regional turnover of £100 million. Renowned for delivering high-quality, skyline changing construction projects across the South, the business has built an outstanding reputation for completing schemes on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £35 million project near Winchester.
The Role
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project from inception through to completion. Requirements
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry.
