With multiple live projects currently underway throughout the UK and also 3 live projects in Las Vegas, they continue to expand their international portfolio, delivering high-quality, creative solutions that are experienced by millions of people every year.
Each project is completely unique, ranging in value from £100k to £5m, combining specialist manufacturing, fit-out, and themed construction expertise. The Role
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of bespoke construction and fit-out projects from tender stage through to final account. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working on unique, technically challenging projects within a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Managing project costs throughout delivery lifecycle
- Procuring subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Supporting project managers with commercial reporting and forecasting
Previous experience:
- As an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Commercial Surveyor
- Background within construction, fit-out, manufacturing, interiors, themed environments, or specialist contracting
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on bespoke or high-end fit-out projects
- Exposure to hospitality, leisure, retail, themed attractions, or cruise ship projects
