Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team and support the commercial delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities * Assisting with the commercial management of groundworks and civil engineering projects. * Measuring and valuing works carried out on site. * Preparing subcontractor payments and valuations. * Assisting with cost reporting and budget monitoring. * Supporting the preparation and submission of client applications and final accounts. * Reviewing subcontractor quotations and contracts. * Tracking project variations and ensuring accurate records are maintained. * Liaising with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Supporting procurement activities and material orders. * Ensuring projects remain commercially compliant and profitable.
