Site Manager / Senior Site Manager in Hampshire

Great career opportunity for a Site Manager /Senior Site Manager working for an 1st class civil engineering contractor in the water sector. The position will be based near Petersfield, Hampshire. The Site Manager will help deliver a range of water supply and wastewater treatment projects within the South. My client is ideally looking for someone with experience in the water sector. Responsibilities of the Senior Site Manager Manage, supervise and mentor the site team Develop scheme Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plan (HASEMP) Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated Deliver site inductions and regular tool box talk briefings to all site personnel Ensure all plant and equipment used is fit for purpose, only operated by suitably trained personnel and regularly inspected Ideal Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Site management experience in a Water, Wastewater or similar environment Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction ManagementUnderstanding of Engineering Principles Engineering/Site Management Qualifications CSCS Site Managers Card (minimum) Minimum of SMSTS First aid at work Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate) Valid Driving License On offer is a very competitive salary package coupled with an excellent long term career opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
