Join our team as a Receptionist and Guest Experience and be the welcoming face of The Level our exclusive luxury experience. Youll ensure every guest enjoys 5-star service, from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized 5-star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention to detail from arrival to departure.
- Deliver a warm, personalized welcome and create memorable guest experiences.
- Manage check-in and check-out efficiently using Opera and PDQ systems.
- Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with elegance.
- Support loyalty programs and encourage guest engagement with Melia Rewards.
- Ensure data privacy, safety, and compliance with all hotel protocols.
